Over 8 weeks, we move through 3 phases: stabilize, decode, and install.
1. Stabilize
We begin by calming the system driving the chaos.
Before behavior changes, safety has to return.
In this phase, we assess your nervous system load, stress patterns, and eating rhythms. We implement personalized nutrition and food structure designed to stabilize blood sugar, support neurochemistry, and reduce reactivity.
Clients often experience reduced binge episodes and quieter food noise within the first one to two sessions.
2. Decode
Once your system is more regulated, we hammer down on what is driving your cycles.
We map your patterns across 6 key areas: events, environments, times, people, feels, and types of food. A context emerges around your binge eating.
Instead of feeling blindsided by urges, you begin to see patterns building.
Clarity reduces shame. Understanding reduces fear and allows you to support yourself ahead of time.
3. Install
With stability and clarity in place, we build practical regulation systems you can rely on.
This includes structured food rhythm, evening stabilization rituals, and protocols for high-risk moments — so you know exactly what to do when urges spike.
Instead of bracing for loss of control, you’ll have a Safety Plan.
Long-term you’ll understand when you’re at risk and how you’re going to protect yourself.
