Binge Eating Safety Plan Intensive

2 Sessions | 1:1 | $640

This intensive is broken down into 2 structured, working sessions where we dissect the patterns driving your binge eating.

During our first 90 minute session together, we build your personalized Binge Eating Safety Plan in real time — identifying your triggers, physiological patterns, nervous system states, and practical safeguards.

After the session, I refine and formalize your plan into a clear, written Safety Plan document tailored specifically to you. During our second 60 minute session, I will walk you through your personalized plan and we will practice the strategies. You will leave with both clarity and a concrete structure you can implement immediately.

  • Over 8 weeks, we move through 3 phases: stabilize, decode, and install.

    1. Stabilize

    We begin by calming the system driving the chaos.

    Before behavior changes, regulation has to return.

    In this phase, we assess your nervous system load, stress patterns, and eating rhythms. We implement personalized nutrition and food structure designed to stabilize blood sugar, support neurochemistry, and reduce reactivity.

    Clients often begin to feel steadier within the first two sessions — not because they are trying harder, but because their system is more supported.

    2. Decode

    Once your system is more regulated, we identify what drives your cycles.

    We map your patterns across stress, emotion, environment, time of day, and neurochemistry — so you understand why food feels louder at certain moments.

    Instead of feeling blindsided by urges, you begin to see the pattern building.

    3. Install

    With stability and clarity in place, we build practical regulation systems you can rely on.

    This includes structured food rhythm, evening stabilization rituals, and protocols for high-risk moments — so you know exactly what to do when urges spike.
